All orders are shipped via United States Postal Service.

You will receive your order 2-3 business days from the date the order was shipped out.Free Shipping On Orders Over $150

We offer FREE Ground Delivery on all Domestic orders totaling $150 or more. Orders sent by USPS Priority usually arrive within 2-3 business days. Any order under $150 the standard shipping fee of $10 will apply.


EXPRESS NEXT DAY: If you would like next day delivery order must be placed prior to 2pm cst The NEXT DAY shipping rate is $30.

All orders in stock will be shipped on the same business day the order was placed if order is placed prior to 4pm cst. If order is placed after 4pm cst or on a weekend or holiday the order will ship on the following business day. There are no orders shipped on federal holidays or weekends, business days only.

If item is listed as preorder the item will have the expected ship date in the details of the item. If anything changes with the expected ship date a email notification will be sent to the email address that was provided at the time the order was placed.

Tracking numbers and updates after order is placed will be sent to email address provided at the time of order.

Sunshine Scrubs is not responsible for any delays in delivery caused by unclaimed packages or incorrect shipping addresses (the shipping address the customer enters at the time of the purchase is the address we will ship the package to).

If for any reason you haven't received a tracking number or your package by the 5th business day, please email info@sunshine-scrubs.com

If your tracking information states delivered and you believe this to be an error. Please contact your local post office. 

If your tracking information stated “notice left” please contact USPS to reschedule delivery before 14 days. Otherwise your item will be returned back to us. 


Exchanges


We have a 7-day exchange policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your items to request an exchange. Once your exchange request has been accepted, you have another 7 days to ship the items back to us. If 7 days pass and you still have not shipped the items to exchange then we will void your shipping label.

Exchanges have a $5 flat rate for each return label. Initial shipping costs will not be refunded. Please pack your item in it's original clear ziplock bag, then the items can be put into any polymailer/mailing envelope. If you do not return it in its clear ziplock bag, an additional $1 will be deducted for each item not in its bag. If you decide too do two separate returns for an exchange then you will be charged for two labels. The flat rate is to help us partially cover costs for shipping as prices have gone up since COVID. Thank you for understanding! 


To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags and in its original packaging. Please make sure that your scrubs are free of pet hair, human hair, deodorant stains and any stains in general or fragrance please. The scrubs were sent to you in great condition so please do not return them in poor condition. Sale items are not eligible for exchanges.


To start an exchange, you can contact us at info@sunshine-scrubs.com. If it is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting an exchange will not be accepted.

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have and once the return is accepted, we will ship out your requested items and provide a new tracking link. Sale items are not eligible for exchanges. 


Damages and issues 

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
